Improving Citizen Experience

DPOR currently employs several disparate systems to support agency operations. These systems are becoming outdated and need upgrades or replacement.

EPICx will replace our outdated EAGLES, ETS, and IRIS systems, offering a unified platform for licensing, enforcement, and document management. It will streamline our processes, improve service delivery, and allow citizens to apply, renew, and make payments online.

Ultimately, DPOR will be able to better serve citizens in every area of our work and provide our employees the tools they need to provide exceptional service. DPOR is partnering with Tyler Technologies to build the EPICx platform. A leader in providing software solutions to public agencies across the county, Tyler Technologies has implemented their State Regulatory Platform Suite in 33 states.
